Hearts at Work Foundation is an NGO dedicated to social welfare and environmental conservation. Under this foundation, Viral Desai has organized numerous cancer awareness and free check-up camps. In 2013, he organized a breast cancer screening camp in the Dang district of Gujarat. Additionally, he has initiated programs to raise awareness about environmental conservation, health, education, and social justice.
