How to Gain Recognition and How to Have Your Hard Work Appreciated?

I always believe that if you work solely for recognition, you will never truly be recognized. Instead, you'll experience stress because your focus will be on the outcome rather than the process. However, if you work for your own joy, what happens? Skill development or the pursuit of something you’re passionate about will automatically lead to recognition!

I want to share a personal example for those who often ask me such questions. My work in Surat and Gujarat received recognition in Haryana, at an international school there. And when did I ever go to Haryana? Never! I don't even know where this school is located! Yet, they prepared a wonderful introduction and coordination for me. This simply means that we need to work for research and satisfaction, and everything else will follow naturally. New paths and new directions will automatically open up.

You will truly enjoy your work when you see it not as a burden but as a source of happiness. If you work just to gain recognition, it might not happen. But if you work with joy and dedication, recognition and appreciation will follow. I am immensely grateful to Manav Rachna International School for preparing such a beautiful introduction and coordination for me, and, of course, to God for His blessings!
